WHERE IS THE ZEALANDIC ICEBORNE MANUFACTURED?

The Zealandic Iceborne is designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China. Quality control is then conducted prior to shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The Zealandic Iceborne is assembled to order in batches. We aim to ship your order within 7 - 10 days after assembly, quality control and packaging is completed.

WHAT WARRANTY DOES ZEALANDIC OFFER?

We offer a 24 month/2 year warranty on all Zealandic watches.

WHAT DATE IS THE WARRANTY VALID FROM?

The warranty starts on the date that we dispatch the watch.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

The warranty of your Zealandic watch does not cover the following:

  1. Loss or theft of the watch.
  2. Damage caused by accident (e.g. blows, shocks, knocks, drops, crushing, etc.) or acts of God. 
  3. Damage caused by deliberate mistreatment or improper use. (e.g. overwinding)
  4. Damage resulting from any modifications, repairs, or tampering with the watch by any party other than Zealandic. 
  5. Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents, corrosion and general wear and tear arising from everyday use.)
  6. Water damage caused by user error, rather than mechanical failure.
  7. Faults that occur from adjusting the date wheel between 8 pm and 2 am.
  8. Routine maintenance and cleaning. 
  9. Magnetisation of the watch movement.
  10. This warranty excludes the watch case, glass, crown, straps, and any damage caused by excessive use or under conditions exceeding water resistance limitations.

IMPORT DUTIES & FEES

Zealandic only collects taxes and duty fees for New Zealand addresses. For shipments to other countries, taxes and duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to pay customs after the product is shipped, all additional fees (including return shipping and storage fees) that are charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer.

The Zealandic Iceborne is designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China and will incur tariffs.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund of the item’s value with all additional fees (including all shipping costs and storage fees) that are charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
